The Wych Centre, MiddlewichA session to support functional movement and mobility. This is a more dynamic class that combines flow, standing postures, seated postures, balancing, backbends and inversions. Suitable for beginners and all are welcome.

Mondays from 6.15pm - 7.15pm
The Wych Centre, MiddlewichA slower paced class combining gentle somatic movement with longer held seated or supine postures. This session gives you the opportunity to pause, re-set and learn your own body’s language whilst improving mobility and flexibility. Beginners very welcome.

Saturdays from 11am - 12 noon
Ministry of Yoga, CreweThis is a body first, mind second approach to movement inspired by the science of somatics and the philosophy of tantra. This is a unique session that invites you to explore your own inner world through movement. A blend of liquid flows, yin yoga and restorative pauses provide you with the space to connect and listen to your body’s needs for improved well-being.

A transformative and cathartic workout session - it’s like HIIT but deep! Blending cardio, bodyweight exercises, yoga, pilates and intuitive movement this practice builds a strong and resilient body and a strong and resilient nervous system. Held monthly on a Wednesday at 7pm.

Each month, near the full moon, join me for an energetic re-set of the body and mind through sound vibrations. Sound bathing can support better sleep, reduced stress, boost energy, help manage physical pain and more. Sessions are supported by crystals, essential oils, oracle cards and meditation.

I offer private sound baths for special occasions and smaller groups - sound can be a beautiful way to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or upcoming wedding.
