Hello! I’m Susy, welcome to my little corner of the internet where we’re all about slooooowing it down. It’s so easy to lose ourselves in all the noise and demands of modern living but finding a way to pause is not always straight-forward. The stress, the anxiety, the poor sleep, the fatigue; it all takes it’s toll on our well-being.

My offerings are all about providing you with the space and time to truly rest and restore. Join me in person (in Cheshire and across the North West) and online for sessions that invite you to into slowness.

I work specifically with Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls as for me, they’re the most superior bowls available on the market. Their uniqueness and variety is one of the things that make them so special but it can also make it overwhelming to know where to start or how to weave one in to your current sound instrument collection. I can offer you my guidance and knowledge to connect with the bowl meant for you.
