Sometimes knowing where to begin on your wellness journey can feel so overwhelming you feel like giving up before you’ve even started. Or perhaps you’ve tried following online programmes or Instagram accounts for advice but it doesn’t seem to be working for you and you don’t have the time or energy to work out why! Our health and wellness is a very personal thing - what works for others might not be for you and working out what to do for the best becomes an insurmountable task. This is where coaching can help.
Through coaching I can help you identify your wellness goals and set you on course to achieving them through realistic, efficient and affordable changes. Together we can remove the guess work, help you find balance and empower you to to take control of your well-being. Working with me one-to-one gives you the opportunity to explore your needs whilst also affording you the privacy and space to share your worries and hang-ups.
You might just want a one off session to set you off on the right path or you may wish for longer term support over a few weeks or months. The beauty of coaching is that is can be adapted to suit your needs!
Whilst I specialise in stress management (as it is often the root cause of most health issues!) I can also support you with weight management, sleep issues, energy issues or digestive concerns.
An initial session will include an overall assessment of your wellness which will be used to formulate your personalised plan.
