ONE-TO-ONE SOUND THERAPY
In group sessions, multi-dimensional energetic healing is received by all participants but sound healing can also be used to address and support specific concerns in personalised one-to-one sessions. A list of treatments available can be found below. Sessions can take place in your home (dependent on space available) or at another suitable venue of your choice.

A one-to-one sound bathing experience with personalised guided meditation for deep rest and relaxation, aimed at reducing stress and anxiety using crystalline singing bowls, tuning forks and koshi chimes. This is a truly meditative experience to bring calm and balance to the mind, body and spirit. This session can be enhanced with a cacao or blue lotus tea ceremony and/or oracle card reading. This can take place in your home or a venue of your choosing (or I can recommend a suitable space). Prices start at £55 for 60 mins including consultation and aftercare.
SERENITY SOUND SESSION
A session to clear, cleanse and re-set your energy giving you a boost of vitality; perfect for when you may be feeling low, fatigued or overwhelmed. An initial session with consultation, assessment and aftercare starts at £65 for 90 mins. A second or third follow-up session may include sonic massage if this is something you feel called to experience. Multiple sessions can be booked at a saving.
ENERGY RE-SET SESSION
If you feel out of sorts, low on energy, lacking direction but don’t know what to attribute it to, this is the session for you. Chakras are energy centres throughout and around the body that can become blocked or stagnant leading us to feel low, fearful, exhausted, lost or stuck. Sound is a highly effective way to balance your energy centres, allowing prana or chi to flow through you optimally, improving energy levels, self-confidence, willpower, expression and creativity. It can also be beneficial to reducing stress and anxiety, supporting digestion and improving sleep. This session also uses crystal energy and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Prices start at £65 for a 60 min session including consultation, assessment and aftercare.
CHAKRA BALANCING SESSIONS
This session specifically works with our heart centre using sound, breathwork, crystals, Yoga Nidra and cacao. This offering can support with heartbreak, grief, a lack of passion for life or a feeling of disconnection. It can also alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety related to the heart or higher heart chakra and assist in lowering blood pressure. Prices start at £75 for a 75 min session including consultation, assessment and aftercare.
HEART HEALING SESSION
This is a unique offering that harnesses the healing power of the water element. If you feel a connection to the ocean, rivers or lakes then this session can bring an immense feeling of peace as well as being deeply cleansing on an energetic level. The link between water and sound is a potent one as our bodies are 70% water, making us amazing conductors of frequency and vibration which forms the basis of this treatment. The session will also work with crystals connected to water, Atlantean energy healing and personalised journeying to your chosen body of water. Prices start at £75 for a 75 min session including consultation, aftercare, a special gift for you and special tea blend.
